horrible July 1, 2010 shaunakins This camera is horrible. Especially for the money we paid. It has a flash that you can't turn off and the pictures are better without it. I called and complained about the product. They didn't even listen just sent me a different camera and it was even worse than the first. The new one deletes the pictures when you turn it off.
The only decent thing about it is the fun software that comes with it.
Awful! March 1, 2010 2boysandaprincess (Las Vegas, NV) Don't waste your money and don't believe the 5 start reviews. This camera stinks, no matter what age it is for.
Do not buy this camera February 26, 2010 Dawn Moothart My 4YO son received this camera as a Christmas gift. What a disappointment!
Even after putting in 2 different sets of batteries and a memory card, it won't even turn on. The manufacturer (not Crayola, this is a licensed product), Sakar Intl, has told me they would send a replacement. It has been 2 months and no camera has ever arrived. I have called 8 times, and waited on hold at least 10 minutes each time. Every time I call, they tell me it was backordered and it has been sent, to just wait a "few more days". When I ask to speak to a supervisor they either tell me no supervisor is on the floor, or once they left me on hold for 40 minutes, until I finally hung up.
You would think that something with the Crayola brand on it would be a quality item. Apparently, Crayola is unaware that they have licensed their name to such a poor product. I did speak to a Crayola customer service rep, and she was very nice & said they would follow up with me tomorrow.
This camera is going back to the store today. Don't buy this camera, or anything else from Sakar International. It's a lousy product from a lousy company.
my daughter loves taking pictures January 30, 2010 Dawn Eason my daughter loves taking pictures and i wish i knew what a complete waste of money this camera was.....the pictures come out horrible...you can barely see on the little screen on the back to see what you are taking a picture of...i am so upset..this was my daughters first camera and $40 for a camera is quite a bit......if santa could find the receipt for it..he would take it back!!!!!!! Waste of money January 16, 2010 D. Crump Although the camera had the reputable Crayola name as was sold by a reputable retailer the camera turned out to be a complete disappointment. The software and camera would not work with Windows XP and I could not download the pictures. Customer service consisted of endless music and no one to help.
